St. John’s is staffed by an experienced and dedicated team of 350 people, across both the School (Seaford) and College (Brighton) sites.

All of our staff, regardless of their role, are trained in the support, development, and protection of children and young people and share a commitment to enabling them to achieve their aspirations.

Welcoming new colleagues

We have a clear onboarding process when new colleagues come to St. John’s. Our HR team meet with successful applicants, before they are booked onto a range of training modules, to manage the safeguarding process and undertake a full enhanced DBS application.
