The Therapy Enterprise sessions have been running since September 2015 and are led by the Wellbeing Team in connection with the Young Enterprise Scheme. Each pathway has a session once a week where the Students run small businesses. The session is overseen by our Lead OT and Lead SaLT and baseline assessment and targets are set around fine motor skills, communication and students sensory needs.

We regularly go to markets and events to showcase our products as well as deliver flower arrangements weekly to local dementia homes. We also attend Young Enterprise events at Brighton University and at Old Spitalfields Market in London each year.

Here is what OFSTED said about us “The multi-disciplinary approach to learning at the school continues to flourish under your leadership. An excellent example is the Therapy Enterprise Project, which links pupils sensory and therapy needs to their learning. Pupils develop practical, work-related business skills while drawing on their expertise as people with sensory-processing issues.”
