About Borradaile House

Borradaile House has six bedrooms, each with an en-suite wet room with a shower, toilet, and basin. The house offers a good-sized communal kitchen diner, lounge, and staff office.

It also offers a two-bedroom, self-contained flat with a lounge, kitchen diner, and bathroom. This offers a stepping-stone into semi-independent living.

The house also has a sensory shed and trampoline in the garden for all residents to enjoy.

The onsite facilities of the college, such as the outdoor gym, basketball court, sensory garden, and astroturf are also accessible to the residents.

Location

Borradaile House is situated on the edge of the main college site, a five-minute walk to the shops and cafés of Kemptown. There is a good bus route into Brighton city centre, the railway station, the marina, and the beach.
