About Pier View

Pier View is located on the main college site and has four bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The other three young people share a bathroom. The house is modern in design and offers a good-sized kitchen, dining room, lounge and separate laundry room. Pier View also has its own sensory shed located in the garden, enabling residents to engage in sensory activities, away from the main house.

Location

Pier View is within walking distance to local shops in Kemptown, the seafront, and Brighton Marina. There are good public transport routes to the city centre and other local towns such as Eastbourne, Seaford, and Newhaven.

The onsite facilities of the college, such as the outdoor gym, basketball court, sensory garden, and astroturf are also accessible to the residents.
